Lernexa maintains strict safeguards for minor students: verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, zero targeted behavioural advertising or tracking of minors, and zero detrimental data processing.
3. Data Principal Rights (Sections 11–14 DPDP Act)
Data Principals enjoy right to access summary of personal data, right to correction and erasure, right to grievance redressal, and right to nominate representatives.
