Operational Guide

Onboard a new batch of students

Take a class group from sign-up to first live session without spreadsheets, paper forms or manual provisioning.

Step-by-Step Flow

  1. Create the academic session

Open the new year, set its start and end dates, and mark it as the active session so every product switches over together.

  2. Set up classes and sections

Create classes (Grade 6, Grade 7…) and split each into sections (A, B, C) with capacity and a class teacher.

  3. Bulk-import or invite students

Upload a CSV from your previous system, or share a self-serve admission link parents can complete from their phones.

  4. Auto-provision accounts

Each accepted admission generates a student account, parent contact, fee plan and class enrolment in one step.

  5. Publish the timetable

Drag the weekly schedule into place; enrolled students see it instantly on their dashboard and mobile app.

  6. Run the first class

Start the live session — attendance is captured automatically and saved against the right class and date.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we onboard students in waves?

Yes. Run the flow as many times as you like during a session — new students slot into existing classes without disturbing anyone else.

Do parents get their own login?

Parents receive a read-only portal link tied to their child's account so they can view attendance, fees and announcements without seeing other students' data.
